HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM
We do our best to ensure all of our customers enjoy a happy shopping experience with GlamourLiving.co.uk however occasionally you may need to return an item. You have 14 days to return an item to us.
The 14 days starts from the day after you receive your order. Return costs are the customers' responsibility. If you are arranging your own courier, adequate insurance to the full value of the item should be taken out in order to cover any loss or damage of the item as we will not refund goods received to us in damaged condition.
You may contact us to arrange a courier for collection and the cost will be between £3-£10 depending on the weight of the product. This will be deducted from the final refund amount.
RECEIVED DAMAGED GOODS/RETURNS FOR FAULTY GOODS
Due to the nature of acrylic tiny hairline cracks, or bubbles occur during the fabrication process at joints, this is rare and they are not considered defects. If you receive a damaged item you must contact us immediately and follow the steps below:
- Submit to us an email along with a minimum of five images of the interior and exterior of the packaging and the actual product and damage at email@example.com
- Usually within 24 hours you will receive an email on what to do next.
In any case of returning goods, package the item well, making sure ALL the packaging it was received in it still intact. If it is not you may lose your right to a refund. If the damaged item is not received back to us within 7 days you may lose your right to a refund. When making a return, please use the returns address below.
