Hi everyone! I’m Debbie O’Brien, Creative Director at Decadent Beauty. This is my first make up blog for Glamour Living and I am super excited to be sharing some of my makeup tips with you!

At Decadent Beauty we believe that all women should feel fabulous, and also this glamour should not come with a mega price tag. Hopefully you will find that the products we use are both fantastic quality and really affordable.

I created this summer look as it’s a personal favourite of mine during the Summer months and also very current and on trend.

Final Face

I always always always begin with Motives Perfect Face Primer, all over the face

Next I applied Motives eye base all over the lids and under the brow bone

For a clean and flawless finish on your eye shadow, apply some tape from the corner of the eye, outwards towards the end of your brow. It’s also a good way to catch any excess shadow that falls off your eyelid when applying eye makeup.

I then applied a cream base colour by Inglot all over the eye lid, followed by Mugshot from the Naked 3 Palette to create a cut crease. You can apply this roughly and then blend using a blending brush to achieve the finish you desire. On the lid itself I used Dust, also from the Naked 3 Palette.

The tape is also fantastic as a guideline for applying eyeliner and creating the perfect cat’s eye. For this I used Motives, Little Black Dress gel liner. Once you have finished applying the liner you can remove the tape gently. Apply black mascara or dark brown if you prefer, I used a dark brown by Clinique.

Having finished the eyes I then apply foundation using MAC NC30, and set the foundation with loose powder. Using a brown eye shadow, any brand you like, I shape and shade in my eyebrows. Taking my favourite bronzer by Motives, California Girl, I softly contour the jawline, not too much product as this is quite dark and also we just want enough to create a Summer sun kissed look. On the apples of the cheeks I used Motives blush in a pale pink colour. Lastly, on to the lips! I lined them with a shade a little bit darker than the lipstick I have chosen, and then I used MAC Coral.

And that’s it beauties, I hope you like this look and have fun recreating it!
